My hand looks obnoxiously red, you can tell I’m lazy with photo touching up while in the kitchen.
Hand made soda bread. Part 1 of…. several in my holiday meal today. The apartment smells like a beautiful oasis of flour.
Remember that time you didn’t like Greek Yogurt? Well I’m pretty sure you didn’t put raspberry honey and cinnamon in it, did you?
PS: I really recommend farmer’s market purchased, unfiltered, honey. I think store bought honey tastes like liquid metal.
